UEFA LICENSED COACHING STAFF
With a club philosophy centred around player development, our Academy staff are committed to remaining at the forefront of modern-day coaching methods. With countless years of experience and many of the staff having had experience playing/coaching at the pro level, each player of the FCMC can expect to be pushed and tested on a daily basis as we work towards collective and individual goals.
FULL-TIME FOOTBALL SCHEDULE
Experience a full-time football programme led by a fully UEFA Licensed Coaching staff matched with an intensive game schedule. The level of detail that goes into the planning and delivery of our football program replicates that of a professional club and players can expect to be treated as professionals over the course of a full 10 month season. We look to introduce players to the physical, tactical and mental habits that are needed in order to be successful at the highest level.

FACILITIES
Our Academy players have access to state-of-the-art football facilities including 2 astroturf fields and a natural grass pitch in Estepona as their Academy base in addition to high quality cross-fit and gym facilities. We also utilise a number of professional facilities along the south coast of Spain which provides players with the ability to experience a multitude of playing environments and experiences.

Our football program is designed to provide each player with the tools that they need to be successful whether that leads them to a pro contract, a scholarship in the US, employment or simply a once in a lifetime opportunity whilst here with in Spain.

FACILITIES
FC Malaga City Academy is mainly based in Almuñecar; a beautiful Andalusian town known for it's picturesque landscape, rocky beaches and rich cultural history. Located on the Costa Tropical, the region boasts an almost perfect climate with year round sunshine and very little rain. An average population of 30,000, the town provides enough entertainment and leisure activities without being a distraction from football. which we must remind is the main focus.
Almuñecar is located just an hour away from Malaga and Granada, which are both easily accessible via the world class transport links available.
Our Academy players have access to state-of-the-art football facilities from our Academy base in Estepona, alongside high quality cross-fit and gym facilities providing players with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the life of a professional football player.
In addition we also utilise a number of other professional facilities along the south coast of Spain, allowing players to experience a multitude of playing environments and experiences.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
FCMC Academy’s collegiate-style schedule provides the ultimate preparation for student-athletes to succeed at the next level. Soccer student-athletes have the ability to select their courses and electives to identify their areas of interest ahead of enrolling into the collegiate program that best aligns with their academic and athletic goals. A dedicated college placement advisor as well as experienced coaches aid in the recruitment process from the beginning of a student-athlete’s career through graduation and even beyond.
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAM
Post-graduate soccer student-athletes benefit from a gap year at FCMC without jeopardizing their NCAA eligibility. Post-graduates work with FCMC's soccer coaches to create an individual development plan to improve physically, mentally, technically, and tactically. They also have access to standardized test prep courses for the SAT and ACT. Post-graduates receive quarterly progress reports, and prepare for college soccer ID camps.
