Established in 2013, FC Malaga City Academy has quickly become widely regarded as one of the world's leading private residential football academies, competing on a regular bases with some of Europe's biggest clubs and enabling talented footballers to experience the life of a full-time professional footballer here in Spain.
As the success and level of our Academy players has grown, we're proud to now be represented by players from over 35 different countries and 6 continents, housing some of the top unsigned talents outside of the professional game.

Our value system remains at the heart of everything we do here at FCMC, with a player first mentality and infrastructure based on providing all of our players with the best possible experience during their time in Spain.
With our coaching and backroom staff working relentlessly to provide an environment which encourages personal growth and development of all of our players throughout our club structure. We want players to leave FC Malaga City as not only better football players but as more well rounded young adults that are going to go on to a have a hugely positive impact on society.
FULL TIME FOOTBALL PROGRAM
Our program includes training 5/6 days per week, an unrivalled fixture programme, the ability to work with professional standard coaching staff and tailor made development plans to give you the best opportunity to be successful.
UEFA LICENSED COACHING
All of our Coaching staff are are at minimum, UEFA A licensed coaches, with many having experience playing/coaching at the professional level themselves providing a mirror image of what life is like at a professional club in Europe.
PROGRESSION PATHWAYS
Since 2013, FCMC is proud to have seen a number of Academy alumni make the jump to the professional level. The large number of success stories, represents a tremendous amount of hard work and we aspire to continue to create new exciting links and avenues for our players each year.
FOOTBALL & EDUCATION
Alongside our globally renowned football program we also offer first class education provisions through trusted partners, for players who are looking to combine a full-time football program with education whilst here at our Academy in Spain.
OUR HOLISTIC
We take a holistic approach to work at our Academy meaning that we look at the needs of each individual, not just their mental health needs but also their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Our backroom staff work tirelessly to ensure that our Academy players have the 24 hour access and support that they deserve whilst they are here with us at our Academy.
The players wellbeing is and will always be the first item on our agenda and our staff are always on hand to listen to players concerns as part of our holistic service. Our mission is to create a once in a lifetime experience of which the players will never forget - which is why this is a responsibility that we do not take lightly.

Although our club structure may grow, we will never stray from the family ethos and value system that we look to implement here at our academy. For many of our players, attending our academy means leaving home for the first time and we look to provide our players with a sense of community and a "home away from home".
And with this mentality we take great pride in seeing our FCMC family grow each year and creating new working relationships with talented players from all over the world.
