Congratulations to FC Malaga City Academy duo Johan Dedoncker and Gustavo Aparício who were both invited to trial with La Liga club Getafe CF.
Johan joined CD Almuñecar City at the beginning of the season following his departure from RSC Anderlecht and has established himself as one of the region's hottest prospects, catching the eye of a number of professional outfits.
Gustavo joined FC Malaga City Academy in 2018 and now represents our CD Barrio team which competes in the Primera Andaluza Malaga. At just 18, Gustavo has caught the eye of many as a goalkeeper with high potential and has attracted interest from a number of clubs.

Johan has been a sensation for us since his arrival in August - it's clear to see he's come through one of Europe's leading academies with the skill and qualities he possesses and it's a real pleasure to have him at the club.
Gustavo joined the academy last year and has come on leaps and bounds in a short space of time. It's a massive achievement for him to be invited back to Getafe following his initial trial period in September and it's a real credit to his hard work and dedication."
